Artisan-made fried Chili!

6 oz Dark chocolate 60% Cacao, Vivanco Chocolate
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Stick Cinnamon Stick
1 Piece Star Annise
1 Piece Clove
1 Piece Jamaican Pepper (All Spice)
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, add the milk. When it starts to boil add the chocolate tablet and mix until it dissolves. When it starts to boil add the Mexican Market 60% Chocolate tablet and mix until it dissolves. Add Spices. Whisk until you have a smooth mixture. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes on low heat-medium heat. Serve with whipped cream

5 oz Lump Crab Meat
3 Pieces Hard Boiled Eggs, Roughly Chopped
1 Tablespoon Chile Serrano, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Chives, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Coriander, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
To Taste Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine and serve in toasted brioche bread slices or lettuce leaves

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Coriander

2 Tablespoons Apple Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Brewed Coffee
1.5 Cups Ketchup
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 piece Small Onion Minced
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Preparation
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions; cook until soft, 4-6 minutes. Stir in ketchup, sugar, coffee, honey, vinegar, worcestershire, mustard, chili powder, salt, pepper, coriander, and cayenne; cook, stirring occasionally, add Vivanco 60% Chocolate until dissolved and thickened, about 3 minutes. Use right away or store refrigerated in an airtight container up to 1 week

4 Tablespoons Creamy Goat Cheese
1/8 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Capers, rinsed
To Taste Salt & Pepper
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
Spread creamy Goat Cheese over bread. Season Noja Foods Avocado Pulp with lime juice, salt and pepper. Spoon Avocado Pulp onto toast and top with Salmon, sliced Onion, and Jalapeños, Parsley, Capers and Olive Oil.
